My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the best - the bed felt as hard as a rock, there was a musty smell, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling. Sadly, the night receptionist was rude. On the bright side, the location was convenient for accessing eateries and parks, but the advertising didn't quite match reality.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to 711 and Porto's Bakery. The rooms need maintenance repairs and cleaning, as there was a noticeable smell upon entering, and the size was small for a double and single bed setup. The service received was a mix of pleasant and unaccommodating attitudes. The location is ideal for the Burbank area and offers convenient access to various amenities. The dining options are limited, offering only basic breakfast items. The hotel lacks proper dining seating and hot meal options. Facilities need attention to detail and maintenance.
